Accrediting bodies
Italian National Accreditation Body
Designated by the Italian Government, it accredits the certification bodies that issue our ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 / 37001 certificates and the UNI/PdR 125 certification for gender equality.
Certification of professionals
AICQ Sistema Italiano Certificazione Esperti e Verificatori
Certifies Forgest internal auditors under schemes recognised by EA / IAF. Our Lead Auditors are listed in the AICQ-SICEV Register for the 9001, 14001 and 45001 schemes.
Accreditation for workplace safety courses
Forgest offices are accredited by the relevant Regions (Lombardy, Lazio, Calabria) for the delivery of mandatory training under the State-Regions Agreement of 21 December 2011 and subsequent amendments.
Health surveillance
The occupational physicians working with Forgest are listed in the national registers of the Ministry of Health and cooperate with the ATS / ASL for health surveillance under Article 41 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.
DPO Register
Our external DPOs are listed in the Register of the Garante Privacy, the Italian data protection authority. Forgest acts as data processor or DPO support for over 60 enterprise clients.
External whistleblowing channel
Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority
Forgest acts as qualified external manager of whistleblowing channels under Legislative Decree 24/2023, maintaining proper interaction with ANAC for reports that require escalation.
Trainer qualifications
The Ministerial Decree of 6 March 2013 sets out the qualification criteria for workplace safety trainers. Forgest verifies at least one of the following criteria for every trainer and keeps the documentation available to the client.

Degree + 30h trainer course
Technical or scientific degree + 24-hour trainer course
