For over thirty years Forgest has supported public bodies and companies in workplace safety and integrated management. Expertise built in the field, case after case.
To bring that experience into the digital world, Forgest choseFODIas its technology partner: the AI department that builds bespoke platforms for the people who actually use them. Together we have built the tools that simplify daily work, reduce errors and keep the statutory records in order.
What we have built
Medical examinations, health records, fitness-for-work opinions and deadline schedules for the surveillance required by Italian Legislative Decree 81/08, in a single system accessible from every office.
Deadlines recalculate on their own after each examination, and the dates to offer come out of the physician's free slots: fewer hand-offs between the office, the physician and the company.
Data protection and privacy are the foundation of the project, not a final addition: every piece of data is held to the standards the regulations impose.

Anyone coming from Urano imports companies, sites, workers and physicians from its export format, with nothing to retype. For other systems we look case by case.
We stay with you through the start-up and the first months of use, so the move to digital is gradual and free of jolts.
