The administrative staff
Invitations to handle, fitness opinions about to expire, the day's diary. The whole day's work on a single screen.
Occupational health and medical surveillance
The tool we run our own clients' health surveillance on: examinations, deadlines, invitations, statutory records. We built it with FODI, and today it is available for your practice or your company too.
The screens come from the demo environment: companies, physicians and workers are made up.

What Forgest MDL is
We have worked in workplace safety for over thirty years. Health surveillance under Italian Legislative Decree 81/08 is what we handle every day, and to handle it we built, together with FODI, the system we needed: Forgest MDL.
It holds the whole round together: master records and protocols by job role, session planning, invitations, the examination, the opinion, the next deadline, the statutory records owed to the companies. People who use it stop chasing deadlines on a spreadsheet, because the deadlines come to them.
Every instance is installed and configured on the practice or the company that uses it: its job roles, its health protocols, its physicians, its sites.
Health surveillance
A worker has a job role, the job role has a protocol, the protocol says which checks to run and how often. From there on the system keeps the thread.

Companies, sites, workers and physicians in a single archive. Anyone coming from Urano imports their records from its export format, with no lists to retype by hand.
Every job role carries its own risks, the checks it requires and how often. The health protocol is written once and applies to every worker doing that job.
Consent, medical history, physical examination, tests, fitness-for-work opinion: the examination moves stage by stage, on the health record and the questionnaires. Opinions that arrive on paper are transcribed, with their restrictions and the parties they go to.
Deadlines recalculate on their own after each examination. They filter by physician, by company and by period, so you know who is due now.
Where a booster is expected, its due date appears by itself. Laboratory requests and test results attach to the worker record.
The occupational physician's appointment letters and the company contracts sit on the company they refer to, with their own states and their own end dates.
Planning and inviting
Finding a date that works for the physician, for the company and for the worker is the real work of the office. Here it takes three steps.
One session can hold several companies together on the same day. The diary shows each physician's availability before you book, not after.
The invitation offers up to three dates, taken from the physician's free slots. The worker picks one from their phone, without playing phone tag with the office.
Workers with no contact details of their own are invited through the company contact, who receives the letters to hand out.

Statutory records
Annex 3B and the annual health report are generated from the data already entered during the year.
Register of exposed workers, mail register and health-data access log: who opened a record, and when, stays written down.

An access point for every role
Four separate access points, with separate permissions. No swapping attachments over email to find out how far along an examination is.

Invitations to handle, fitness opinions about to expire, the day's diary. The whole day's work on a single screen.

Their sessions, their examinations, the records of the workers they follow. Anyone without the standing to see them does not see them.

A portal where the employer consults the deadlines of their own staff and the documents they are entitled to.

From their phone they pick the date of the examination and find their own fitness-for-work opinion, without having to ask anyone.
Demo environment, fictitious data.
How it is built
A health record is not just another file. The system is built around that.
Every practice and every company has its own installation, configured on its own job roles and its own health protocols. It is not one service shared by everybody.
Administrative staff, physician, company and worker each see their own part. Health data stays with the physician and the worker.
A health-data access log and antivirus scanning on attachments. Health data cannot be deleted with one click: the database itself prevents it.
The data sits on FODI infrastructure, on servers in the European Union, in Frankfurt. Encrypted daily backups.
Built with FODI
Forgest MDL comes out of our partnership with FODI, who handle its development and its security. We use it every day on real work: whatever is missing, we find out before anyone else, and it lands in the next version. FODI install it and configure it for whoever adopts it.
Forgest MDL
We give you access to the demo and show you how it would be configured on the job roles and the health protocols you handle.
