The State-Regions Agreement recognises all three formats for mandatory training. Forgest delivers every one of them with qualified trainers and schedules shared well in advance.

Traditional classroom

  • Maximum interaction
  • Real-life case studies
  • Trainer-learner networking

  • Recording available

Workers, periodic refreshers

Blended

What you get

  • Personal certificate compliant with the State-Regions Agreement

Today, far more than in the past, the life of a company is determined by the life of ideas, by the ability to connect different fields of knowledge and to interpret a constantly changing reality in order to steer processes of transformation and shifts in the market.

Training areas

We deliver training for all the roles set out in Legislative Decree 81/2008 and across a wider range of subjects:

  • Workplace safety: workers, supervisors, managers, RSPP/ASPP, RLS, fire safety and first aid officers, equipment operators.
  • Communication: public speaking, customer experience, conflict management.
  • Management control: planning, budgeting, reporting.
  • Business management: organisation, strategy, leadership.
  • Information Technology: cybersecurity awareness, productivity tools, AI for business.
  • HR: recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal.
  • Environment, quality and management systems: ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 37001.

Delivery methods

  • Classroom at the client’s premises or in our own equipped rooms, with qualified trainers and teaching material calibrated on the company’s real activity.
  • Asynchronous distance learning on our own SCORM-compliant platform, with tracking, interim tests and a final assessment; ideal for shift workers, distributed workforces and new recruits.
  • Blended for the modules with a mandatory practical part (fire safety, first aid, equipment): distance learning theory plus an in-person exercise.

Free funding

Forgest also offers the possibility of accessing training through the submission of training plans funded by the Joint Inter-professional Funds, therefore entirely free of charge for the client. We prepare the application, manage the approval process and report on the outcome.

Deadline tracking

All workers are entered in a digital register that monitors certificates, five-yearly deadlines and refresher obligations. The client receives automatic alerts 90 / 60 / 30 days before the deadline in order to plan the refreshers.

Compliance and inspections

Certificates, registers and teaching material are archived for ten years and available at any time for requests from the ATS, the INL or certification bodies.

Regulatory reference
