Protecting workplace safety follows from recognising the centrality of the human person, of their needs and their values. Legislation that keeps evolving, and the obligations set out to protect workers, require the company to design and implement a safety management system that allows the employer to monitor how effective the activities required by current law actually are.

What we do

Forgest provides companies and public bodies with technical, managerial and organisational consultancy in the field of workplace safety, through a team of experts and with a complete, fast, quality service that has no impact on fixed staff costs.

The service is organised into sequential and recurring stages: an initial audit at the company, with an inspection of the workplaces, analysis of job roles and of specific risks (chemical, physical, biological, ergonomic, psychosocial), drafting of the DVR shared with the employer, a training plan aligned with the risks identified, and continuous monitoring with compliance audits.

External RSPP and appointments

We take on the role of external Prevention and Protection Service Manager and support the company in designating ASPP, emergency officers and RLS, with the related minutes. We remain available in the event of an inspection by the ATS or the National Labour Inspectorate.

Health surveillance under Article 41, medical examinations, the occupational physician and health protocols, is managed as a dedicated service, integrated with safety under a single coordination.

Regulatory reference

Legislative Decree 81/2008 (Consolidated Safety Act), State-Regions Agreement of 21 December 2011 and 7 July 2016.
