We were founded in 1994 with a conviction: safety, quality and compliance are not costs to be borne, but strategic levers to be valorised. Thirty years of work have proved us right.

Today Forgest is a multidisciplinary team of 90 professionals, engineers, physicians, lawyers, systems experts and trainers, who collaborate daily to deliver a truly integrated service. Not a sum of consultants: a single direction, a shared method, a shared responsibility.

1994
Founded in Milan
Forgest is established in Milan as a technical consultancy firm specialising in workplace safety. From day one, the mission is clear: respond to regulatory complexity with method and continuity.
2001
Rome office opens
Operational expansion to Central Italy consolidates Forgest's presence in the public administration and major national organisations.
2008
Nationwide occupational health network
Creation of a multi-region network of occupational physicians for the delivery of services at national scale.
2014
Lamezia Terme office opens
With its Calabrian base, Forgest completes full geographic coverage of Italy, from North to deep South.
2018
Major Poste Italiane contract
Awarded the occupational health surveillance contract for Poste Italiane and its Group companies: tens of thousands of workers managed in a coordinated, digital way.
2021
Proprietary cloud platform
Development of an end-to-end digital system for the management of health surveillance activities, documentation and real-time reporting.
2024
Cyber and compliance expansion
Strengthening of Data Protection, Cybersecurity and Compliance 231 service lines: Forgest responds to the evolving European regulatory landscape with frontier expertise.
