Mandatory annual refresher:
The course is mandatory for all workers elected or appointed as Workers' Safety Representatives (RLS) in companies with at least one employee, under Article 47 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.
The initial RLS course lasts 32 hours, delivered in the classroom, and covers the regulations, risk assessment, and relations with the employer and supervisory bodies.
After the initial 32 hours of training, the RLS must attend an annual refresher of 4 hours (companies with 15-50 employees) or 8 hours (companies with more than 50 employees).
On completion you receive the RLS training certificate under Articles 47-50 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and the State-Regions Agreement of 21 December 2011.
